Hello Fall in Northwestern Michigan! The Summer was busy and flew by. It seems that the activity levels in Real Estate Sales has jumped up again and while selling a home or commercial property is a challenge, I have been going to closings more regularly lately! I have been off the charts busy the past month and hope the business continues to be robust. The sellers and buyers I am working with think that’s great! Best time to buy in my real estate career is right now! Prices are competitive and Interest Rates are at an all time low increasing the buying power for most buyers. Appraisers and Underwriters are still very tight, and while it seems nothing is easy, there are sales happening. My friends at the title companies say they are very busy of late also. Keep it Happening Northwestern Michigan!
